Meeta Pandit comes from an illustrious musical lineage. She has trained in the traditional Gwalior style under her grandfather Pt. K.S Pandit and father Pt L.K Pandit. Besides khayal, Meeta is equally adept at Tappa, Ashtapadi and Bhajan. Her debut album 'Footsteps' has been released to rave reviews. She is an 'A' grade artist on AIR and Doordarshan and regularly features on other channels as well.
